RETURNS & REPLACEMENT POLICY
US, Canada, Mexico, Australia, Japan, Singapore, New Zealand: All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
UK & EU Buyers: Returns accepted within 14 days in original, unused condition. Buyer covers return shipping unless the item is faulty. Note: Please read Handling & Return conditions below.
Non-EU International Orders: Returns not accepted unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Handling & Return Condition: Art prints are delicate items. Once unrolled or handled, prints may retain fingerprints, creases, or marks that make them unsellable. Returns are only accepted if the item remains in its original, unopened condition with all protective packaging intact.
If a returned item shows signs of handling, a partial refund or no refund may apply, depending on the extent of damage. If a return is improperly packaged and arrives damaged, a reduced refund or no refund may be given.
Refund Processing: Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected. If the item does not meet return conditions, the refund may be reduced or declined accordingly.
Faulty or Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please provide clear photos within 48 hours of delivery, and a replacement will be sent at no cost.
